What the NSG 4070C2 is used for

The NSG 4070 is now in its fifth generation. It was designed for the laboratory that loses time on level setting, on wiring up EUT monitoring and on writing the report: all three are handled by the firmware. It is used for IEC 61000-4-6, for NAMUR requirements and for several automotive bulk current injection standards.

Because it runs without a PC it is also the centre of our on-site immunity kit, with a CDN or the KEMZ 801B EM clamp as the coupling device.

Calibrated on site, by the people who supplied it

The NSG 4070 internal generator is covered by our signal generator calibration, and the CDNs, clamps and injection probes used with it by their own services. Calibration is carried out in your laboratory by the LAB Support Southeast Asia team, under the A2LA accredited ISO/IEC 17025 scope of LAB Support Ltd.
