In an IEC 61000-4-6 conducted immunity test the CDN defines the common-mode impedance and the voltage that reaches the equipment under test. If its division factor has drifted, every test level in the laboratory is wrong by the same amount, whichever generator or amplifier drives it. CISPR 16-1-2 and IEC 61000-4-6 both expect the network to be characterised on a schedule, and assessors ask for the certificate.

Most accredited laboratories use a 12 to 24 month interval, set by their own quality system and the assessor's expectations. Networks that are moved between benches, have replaced connectors or show test-level anomalies should be checked sooner.
Yes. For burst, surge and ring-wave CDNs the pulse parameters are verified at the CDN output with the generator that drives it, as IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5 describe. The generator itself is calibrated in the same visit if you wish.
Yes. Field calibration is written into LAB Support Ltd.'s A2LA scope for these parameters, so a certificate issued in your laboratory carries the same accreditation as one issued in Japan.
