Above 6 GHz the work is military, aviation and automotive radar-band immunity, and until recently it meant a travelling wave tube amplifier. The 40S6G18C does it in solid state, with the low spurious output and linearity of a Class A design. The 6 to 18 GHz family runs from 20 W to 450 W.
