Each model converts a specific bus or signal to fibre at the equipment under test and back to electrical at the control room.
CHANGEN, founded in Guangzhou in 2012, develops the fibre-optic transceivers, shielded cameras, antenna stands, low-dielectric fixtures and probes that carry signals out of the chamber and hold the test setup exactly as the standard describes. ICX Lab is the authorised distributor.
Every copper cable that leaves the chamber changes the test. CHANGEN transceivers convert bus and analogue signals to light at the equipment under test, so the operator sees the same data outside the chamber with nothing conductive crossing the wall.
